    hi,
    this is a great way to connect google maps and nokia maps, but isn't there an easier way? Google Maps Mobile keep Favorites in the preinstalled application Landmarks, which is also used by Nokia maps. so...

    @jason this guide is if you used the computer at home first to find the location. If I'm already in the car, I would go straight to Nokia Maps and look from there.

    Is this an april fools in July? Am i missing something? If the location is where you're heading, why don't you just activate the GPS so you can find out where you are straight away rather than sending a map to yourself? If its somewhere you want to check out why don't you just type in the location to search for?

    You can also use the Nokia Map Loader application on your PC to add additional country maps to your phone as and when required, eg Spain. This means that when you arrive you don't need to pay exorbitant download costs downloading the map for the area you are now in.

    @jonomac If I'm in front of my computer, it'll be faster for me to search there than go directly into my phone. Also on rare occasions, Nokia Maps cannot find certain addresses and I'll need Google Maps instead.

    @jason:
    You're right. Most people these days have a wireless internet connection at home. Simply, access Google Maps on your Nokia device through WiFi (or 3G), search for whatever you want, and save the desired location to Landmarks. I am a big fan of using less devices and less steps to get what I want. Nevertheless, Mark is also right, since this guide is for those who are on the computer.

    Hi, there is also another way - www.yourpinpoints.com
    the site allows to search for an address (using google maps) and then send it (as a pinpoint) to your phone! It works with nokia maps and google maps.

    Hi,
    is it also possible to save my Favorites (my locations) from my Nokia Maps onto my PC? Just to have a backup (and see/use them in say google maps etc)?
    Where could i find more on this?
    Thanks

    So this works only for Nokia phones? I have a Sony Ericsson and I like this brands. It would be nice to be able to send Google maps to it.
